Which prototyping processes do you use?
3D printing, CNC machining, silicone molds and aluminium rapid tooling, depending on volume, material and the validation goal of the prototype.
How are prototypes validated?
Form and function are validated with IP67-capable physical prototypes before a design moves into the tooling phase.
How fast do I get my prototypes?
3D-printed and CNC parts typically ship in 3–7 days, silicone-molded parts in 5–10 days. Aluminum rapid tooling takes 3–4 weeks for the tool, then injection-molded parts from €1.50/unit from 500 pcs (plus VAT).
What does prototyping cost?
