Dimeq Eye-D System

An AIS distress-beacon device for recreational boating, whose mission, ‘No more lives lost at sea’, allows no compromises. The project produced two enclosure architectures sharing one sealing and fastening strategy: one variant for the initial introduction and one for series production, which has since been reached.

Construction roboticsGermany

BARROB, autonomous bulk-material transporter

An autonomously driving carrier vehicle that transports bulk material on construction sites, indoors and outdoors, under various weather and ground conditions. Designed with a focus on environment sensing, safe traversal and universally usable ramps for the unloading process.

· Frame construction + attachments in sheet steel incl. welding data
· Sensor integration: camera/lidar positions, cleaning, sight windows
· Client published the case themselves, independent proof

Stainless steel disinfection tunnel

Design of a stainless steel disinfection tunnel for medical use: cleanability, material selection and documentation according to medtech requirements. The case is referenced anonymously at the client's request; all data is held entirely by the client.

· Material + surface specification for disinfectants
· Manufacturing documentation incl. welding sequence records
