Coordination with toolmakers in Germany and Asia – from initial quotation to acceptance. I know the right partners and facilitate transparently.
First Article Inspection (FAI)
Measurement of initial samples per PPAP/FAI – with inspection reports and documentation for your quality assurance. I support the process at your manufacturing partners.
Production Support
Ongoing quality assurance, tool modifications and optimization throughout the entire production period – as your technical interface to the manufacturer.
